Unjust incarceration

Mr. Horace Williams is a disabled retired Marine, who is a former POW, and has to have the assistance of a powered wheelchair to get around.

He has been prosecuted in both civil and criminal courts because he cut trees on his own property. The property includes 1700 acres from the Estate of Lavinia Boyd, which was left to Trustee of Samuel Williams.

Samuel Williams is the father of Horace Willams; before he passed he received a Master Deed and passed this deed to his family.

Result – Horace Williams has been deemed incompetent by the same court system that has sent him to Kirkland Correctional to serve a two-year sentence, and $7,500 restitution. He is subjected to a $35,000 judgment.

Our justice system is supposed to protect all of us, but it has been used to steal valuable property from this African American family. Even though they have a Master deed and a court order to back them up, the Throwers have still used our legal system to steal their property and deprive Horace Williams of his freedom.

We are asking any families that are or have lost land in the same manner, to contact us and consider joining us.
